There are a few activities on our site where the collection of personally identifiable information is necessary. Those activities include things like entering a contest, purchasing gift certificates or contacting us. When personally identifiable information is collected, you will know because you will have to fill out a form. For most activities, we only collect your name, mailing address and e-mail address. When you book an event or birthday we collect the name and birthdate of the guest of honor. When you make a purchase from our website we will also collect your street and billing addresses, your phone number, and credit card information.

Also, we use an encrypted connection to transmit your payment information to our credit card processor. Your information is stored in a secure database on serves housed in a secure data center. We take extra precautions with credit card information. We require CVV (Card Verification Value) numbers to be entered with credit card numbers to prevent fraud. We do not store all of the credit card information; we never store credit card numbers in plain text. Also, we never display a complete credit card number on any of our reports (just the last 4 digits); not even for our own employees.

Ticket is non-refundable but can be replaced by calling Wilsonville Family Fun Center and asking for your ticket to be reissued to the email address it was purchased under.

Tickets are uniquely barcoded and can only be used once. If altered or duplicated the ticket is not valid.

Ticket is valid only for the item(s) purchased.

Ticket may not be used with any other offers such as group rates, discounts, etc.

Ticket holder grants permission to use his or her photo and video images taken at the park to be used for advertising purposes without payment to the holder.
