Welcome to Bullwinkle’s Family Fun Center (“Bullwinkle’s,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website located at bullwinkles.com/tukwila (the “Site”), as well as your visit to and participation in activities at our Tukwila, Washington location. By accessing our Site, visiting our facility, or opting in to any of our messaging programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or visit our facility.
The Site is provided for informational purposes, including details about our attractions, hours of operation, pricing, events, party packages, dining options, and the Moose Perks loyalty program. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon or restrict anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Site.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from such changes.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site, opt in to our SMS/text messaging programs, make online purchases, or enter into any agreement under these Terms. If you are under 18, you may only use the Site or our services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Site or opting in to our messaging services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental or guardian consent.
By entering Bullwinkle’s premises, you agree to comply with all posted rules, signage, and verbal instructions from our staff. Our facility offers a variety of attractions including, but not limited to, bowling, laser tag, arcade games, miniature golf, go-karts, bumper boats, bumper cars, batting cages, XD Theater, Kidopolis Playland, Drop & Twist, Frog Hopper, and Kidz Kartz. Each attraction may have its own specific rules, height requirements, age restrictions, and safety guidelines that must be followed.
We reserve the right to refuse service to, or remove from the premises, any individual who engages in disruptive, dangerous, or inappropriate behavior, or who fails to comply with our facility rules. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Participation in recreational activities at Bullwinkle’s involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical injury. By participating in any attraction or activity, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with such participation. You acknowledge that physical activities such as go-karting, laser tag, bumper boats, bowling, and other attractions carry inherent dangers that may result in injury.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times while on our premises. Children under the age specified for each attraction must be accompanied by an adult.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bullwinkle’s, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your visit to our facility, or your participation in any attraction or activity. This includes, without limitation, personal injury, property damage, loss of enjoyment, or any other loss.
Bullwinkle’s is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. We recommend leaving valuables in a secure location before participating in activities.
By opting in to Bullwinkle’s text messaging program, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS and/or MMS messages from Bullwinkle’s Family Fun Center at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include:

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not need to opt in to SMS messaging to visit our facility or purchase any products or services.

Bullwinkle’s and mobile carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network provider and is outside of our control. Carriers are not responsible for the content of any messages sent through our SMS program.
We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, lease, or otherwise transfer for profit any phone numbers or personal information collected through our SMS program to any third party. Your mobile information will only be used by Bullwinkle’s to send you messages as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We will not share your opt-in data or mobile number with any third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Bullwinkle’s offers birthday party packages, corporate event hosting, student and youth group events, catering services, and private venue rentals including our Restaurant Birthday area, Private Skybox, and VIP Bowling Room. All reservations are subject to availability and our then-current pricing and policies.
Deposits and cancellation policies vary by event type. Please contact us directly at (425) 228-7300 or through our website for specific terms related to your event. Failure to cancel within the required notice period may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Gift Cards
Gift cards purchased from Bullwinkle’s are subject to applicable state and federal laws. Gift cards have no expiration date and no service fees will be charged. Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Bullwinkle’s is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
Moose Perks Loyalty Program
The Moose Perks program provides members with exclusive offers and promotions. By enrolling, you agree to receive marketing communications from Bullwinkle’s. You may opt out at any time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Moose Perks program at any time, with or without notice. Points, rewards, or benefits have no cash value and are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
Bullwinkle’s offers on-site dining and catering options. Menu items, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. Guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions should inform our staff before ordering. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that our food preparation areas are free from allergens.
Outside food and beverages may not be brought onto the premises unless prior arrangements have been made for a private event.
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Bullwinkle’s or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, including but not limited to our gift card purchasing platform. These third-party sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those sites.
By entering Bullwinkle’s premises, you acknowledge that you and your guests may be photographed, filmed, or recorded by our security cameras, promotional photographers, or other guests. You grant Bullwinkle’s a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use any images or recordings captured on our premises for promotional, marketing, or security purposes.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes, please notify our staff upon arrival.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bullwinkle’s, its owners, operators, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your visit to our facility, your participation in any attraction or activity, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site or facility shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site or visit to our facility after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms or waivers you may sign at our facility, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bullwinkle’s regarding your use of the Site and visit to our facility.
