First, select up to three people and jump into the VR Challenge. This season, you’ll emerge into a new dimension and play the game from the point of view as your favorite characters from Cartoon Network’s “We Bare Bears”. Each person will wear a wireless VR headset and stand on a vibrating floor as you work together to make as many fast food orders as possible during the ten minutes running the Bears’ food truck. It’s not as easy as it sounds, but a Bullwinkle’s employee will be on hand to guide you through the experience.
Next, battle it out in Lazer Xtreme, another virtual reality experience everyone can enjoy together. Compete in an intense match of laser tag. You’ll get the full aura of music, fog, and strobe lights. A laser tag arena is always a favorite experience in our family arcade.
2. Outdoors Activities for All Ages
There are many outdoor experiences that you and the family can cherish together.
The Go Karts are always a fun-filled option. Just remember to tie up your hair and put away your hats before jumping on this fast-paced ride.
If you’re looking for something a little slower, check out the miniature golf courses. Stroll down Memory Lane and you’ll see the School House, Eiffel Tower, and Pixie House over 18 holes, or roam the Pacific Northwest-themed 18 hole course called Arctic Adventure.
Then, hop into the Bumper Boats and spin, swirl, and twirl toward your family as you try to avoid the waterfall while squirting your loved ones with water guns.
Feeling more adventurous? See who can do the best somersaults as you reach for the sky on Sling Shot. This apparatus will fling you high into the air, providing some of the best views of the park. Another ride that shoots the kids high into the air is called the Frog Hopper. It bounces up and down and allows up to six kids at a time.
The batting cages are available for those who want to practice their swinging techniques. Speeds run from 40 to 70 miles per hour and are available in both softball and baseball.
If you plan on visiting the park this fall, just be sure to call ahead to make sure that the outdoors rides and games are operating under the current weather conditions.
3. Classic Bowling Alley
After hitting home runs and racing on Go Karts, head inside for a more classic competition.
At Bowlwinkle Lanes, join teams (kids vs. parents or boys vs girls) as you aim to get the most strikes as possible. Make it a little interesting and wager chores so everyone has an added incentive to put on their game face. But, keep it light. Enjoy the music and cheer each other on as each person steps up to the line.
4. One-of-a-Kind Theater
Our theater is like nothing you’ve experienced before! The XD Dark Ride is a multi-dimensional movie adventure. Jump into one of the seats and get ready for a 6D motion simulated thrill ride. You’ll feel like you’re right inside the action of the story.
This 6D experience has different storylines to choose from and is a ride that will bring your imagination to life. Some of the adventures you can choose include Pirates Rapid, Dino Safari, Road Hoggers, and Cosmic Disaster.
This redefining theater will give you and the family a top-notch user experience of our family arcade.
5. Playground for the Kids
With so much going on at Bullwinkle’s, at some point you may be ready for a break while your kids are still looking for the next adventure. If that’s the case, head to the Kidopolis Playland. In this safe space, the youngest can climb and slide around and you can rest for a moment in between all the action.
While there, the kids can also take a ride on Drop N’ Twist. This dizzying ride jumps up and down while rotating in circles. Just enough heart-pumping action for the youngest in your party.
